STANDARD BANK THE BULLY BANK - MY HOME LOAN WAS ILEGALLY RESTRUCTURED WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Standard bank has *******ly fixed by bond without my consent. This is bullying by a big bank. Why was my contract restructured without my consent? How is this legal? who is here to protect us against these corporate bullies? I have been on a call the whole day trying to resolve this as now my instalment is being increased and i did not agree to the restructure, furthermore the bond was apparently fixed to protect against interest rate hikes, without consent but there has been no interest rate hike. This is *******! and bullying at the highest level honestly! Please help me how do i resolve this? how is my loan restructured without my consent?? I DID NOT APPLY FOR A RESTRUCTURE!!!!!!!
