Big ups to Standrad Bank SA on excellence in service. I am a private banking client and since joing this bank,they continue to wow me with their efficiency and customer service excellence. Their online and private banking service team never fail me. It is teamwork and collaboration of the highest level.From acknowledging emails,responding within a 24hr window, attending to call enquiries, checking in....Excellent. Whether they have an answer or not, you will always get a response. There is no run around being sent from pillar to post. Whoever responds takes it upon themselves to ensure they assist until finalization of the query. I don't have to follow up, they follow up with me. Even after the query is resolved, there's always a quality check on service delivery and customer satisfaction. Most of all, what I love about this bank they understand that each client is an individual and has unique individual needs. They don't treat me like a one size fits all. They have solutions tailor-made for each individual client needs.
