Standard Bank, the best

#BlackFriday I had the most amazing experience with my Standard Bank homeloan department. After being not happy with the the outcome of my statements after the sell of my property, I reported that issue to Standard Bank Ombudsman. They revert it to a very capable team. I received a call from Richard Motloung to authenticate my details and a call from him to explain their workplan. He also told me that his Supervisor, Thabo Mahlangu would be in touch with me, which happened, also phoned me and sent an e-mail to let me know what they needed. On Saterday, only three days after the last call, he informed me via e-mail of the outcome. Although, it was a negative outcome, I was impressed with their proffesionalism and competance,.
