Standard Bank- The bank that robs you

If I could give standard bank -10 stars I would. Absolutely pathetic governance and regards for consumers. standard bank may be doing well in corporate business and international banking but when it comes to actual customers. standard bank sucks very badly. no care for customers. on getting a replacement card for users they now charge 170. which is absolute madness. make this make sense from a customer point of view. if a customer gets ****** of the wallet and has no money and no card now they must now find 170 to pay. Lets not start with the stupid ucounts which tiers you up with the more loans you get, not actual progressing with extra cash or lifestyle spending but only how much more you are in debt with standard bank for. this is pathetic. Ucount is something you have to pay for when Ebucks from FNB is free and so much more beneficial for end users. You go into a branch and you pick up the next banks Wi-Fi rather than standard banks Wi-Fi for customers. Standard bank no longer makes sense for a consumer, and they should close their markets as they don't suit the average person. I am horrified and disturbed by standard banks policies and stupidities. I cannot wait to move my account to another bank.
