Standard bank terrible service

I had a ***** case with standard bank but after getting the ***** case number from them they took very long with feedback. I was then instructed to get an affidavit, which I did. After many calls and emails they told me to get a police case number, which I also did only to hear months later that my funds were already utilized by the *********. I'm very disappointed in their services.
