Standard bank terrible service

I don't even think this deserves a rating but whatever. I am very angry with the service I have been provided with. On the 20th of January I receieved an SMS that money had been ****** out of my account. I reported the problem straight away when I found out. I then noticed that it also happened in November and December of 2022 The ***** case has still not been settled and I am owed over R2000. I have called the ***** department over 4 times and every time I am "assured" that someone will call me back. Obviously I have not been called back. It has been almost 3 MONTHS since this whole debacle and I would like it sorted out now. I did not give anyone from COUNSELOR CA USA permission to debit money off of my account. This is totally unacceptable and if not sorted out I will be moving banks and letting everyone I know that standard bank is not a branch that they want to bank with.
