Standard bank terrible customer service

Worst service ever! I contacted them about lowering my interest on my credit card months ago, they never got back me. When I called to follow up, I was tossed around, having to speak to one consultant after the next, none of whom could help me! This bank is useless and have the worst customer service! I expect a call from Standard bank to sort this out!
