Standard Bank Term Loan: Harassment, Miscalculations and Misuse of Funds

Good day, Kindly note that I have been constantly harassed by MBD Creditors on various numbers of a Standard Bank Personal loan that I have, as of late - paid up in full. They first called back in February 2021 to settle the Standard Bank account in 6 installments then, and once I paid that, they further called me to pay the 7th month. I did that, then... furthermore, continued to tell me to pay an amount: 586.12 to be settled (which makes it the 8th month that I paid). I am constantly called by MBD Creditors who I have advised manier times to check my Standard Bank statements and their initial recording, so that they see that I do not owe Standard Bank. Just today, I received a call from MBD Creditors today, from Boniswa, saying that I owe 286, which they are lying yet again. I went onto check on my Standard Bank account, it now gives a different amount of 86.11. I want to take legal action against both Standard Bank and MBD Creditors for harassment and miscalculations of funds, as I cannot take it any longer. Also, when I check my credit score, Standard Bank is nowhere to be mentioned of the payments I have been making nor any amount outstanding.
