Standard Bank ***** team not to be trusted

I’m so disappointed by the Standard Bank’s ***** team. They investigated my case nicely only to leave me hanging before the case could be resolved. They left me with a document that I could not open and no one was willing to help me open that document, I called and sent a lot of emails with no luck. I’m so disappointed to a point that I’m thinking of leaving this bank because they are not trustworthy.
