Standard Bank tardiness in resolving my issue

*****ulent transactions were detected on my credit card. The card was stopped and a new one issued and yet further *****ulent transactions have been detected on the new card. Standard Bank is aware of this as I have had several telephone conversations with them and sent numerous emails since 27th June, 2024. No action has been taken to sort this matter out. To add insult to injury the credit card has now been stopped. I am disgusted with this service or rather lack thereof.
