Standard Bank taking your own money!

<p>I personally have 2 contract saves accounts with Standard bank, I also opened contracts saves for my children for 20years. </p> <p>I want my own accounts to pay out earlier because I need the money urgently, last year the penalty fee was R200 and now suddenly R400 per account! This is *******! I went through my contract and no where is amounts stated only that there will be a penalty fee, how can that penalty went up double in one year without notifying the customers! This mean the bank just TAKE almost R1000 of MY money just to get my own money I have saved up! I do get it that it is a contract save CONTRACT, but to pay a penalty of R400 is ridiculous - you are robbing your own customers!</p>
