Standard bank taking advantage on single moms with new baby

My cousin Malita had the worse experience a mother with a sick two month old baby could have had.

Standard bank ATM did not give her the money she requested and she was on het way to the doctor with her sick child.

She than had to go to the bank where she was accused of lying about the money and sent away.

Since than she has been to the bank twice everytime she had to look for a baby sitter and give out extra money to the person who is taking her to the bank.

Still IT is looking into the matter and will get back to her.... almost a month later no resolution.

Is this is how standard bank treats single mothers trying to care for their kids I dare not think about how they treat the elderly.
