Standard Bank taking advantage of clients during Covid 19 epidemic

I have two loan accounts with standard bank, I recently got retrenched and went into the branch for assistance, the consultant put me on the phone and the Consultant gives me numbers to where the accounts have been handed over. I have no idea about outstanding amounts and was not contacted at all by standard bank even with my funeral insurance and they say I forfeited my insurance. Standard bank are you really taking advantage of unemployed citizens of South Africa affected by the COVID 19 epidemic...... I never knew these accounts were handed over ....... Now I forfeit my retrenchment insurance because Standard Bank could not follow up .....
