Standard Bank takes your money

I have a revolving credit loan at standard bank. I have been my loan religiously every month but at the end of 2015 I went on 3 months unpaid leave. I contacted the bank immediately to request a payment break and explained to them my situation. The granted me a 2 month break from paying the loan but nonetheless debited my account for the December payment. I unfortunately went 1 month over and contacted the bank again. The consultant was extremely rude and literally interogated me about my account transactions to the point where I told her the bank granted me permission and she has no right to cross-question me. She asked me whether they can take monies from my savings to pay the outstanding balance which I immediately declined. I told her I will work out a budget, she needs to contact me back and we can make an arrangement to perhaps increase the installment so i can get back on track I also confirmedI might receive extra cash so I can square up my loan. She never contaced me back but I rather receive calls from various numbers. This morning standard transfers money from my account into the loan account without permission obviously they will sight they have the right to BUT after i made an arrangement and this RUDE consultant never honoured her deal to call me neither did Standard. DISGUSTED at their attitude and service to treat me like a ***** when i communicated to them my issue and have religiously paid my account. I request a REFUND until they follow our agreement.
