Standard Bank takes too long to clear payments
<p>It is unbelievable that a payment from Standard Bank to Standard Bank done over 12 hours ago has not yet cleared. I always said I would try using standard bank as my new bank however it is so frustrating as I need to use the funds urgently. If it was from any other bank to the same bank it would be almost instantly done. This I know from past experience. I would like to please be assisted in getting this payment cleared as soon as possible. </p>
After calling the call customer service Centre. I am even more frustrated about my situation as nobody can assist me. They say there is nothing that can be done. Can Standard Bank not assist a customer who really needs assistance? This would most definitely be the last dealing with the bank if no action is taken to assist me immediately.
