Standard Bank takes money from the deceased

My Mother died on 20 March and she had a savings account with Standard Bank; as she was 98 years old I was managing her account on my Standard Bank online banking. I went into the branch at Key West Krugersdrop a week later and sat through the whole process of, supposedly, CANCELLING her account. Needless to say, considering the level of service in South Africa, you continue to debit her account with the monthly fee, even though I cannot tansact on the account. Therefore all that has happened is that you have made my mother's account INACTIVE and have blocked me from transacting on my her account - I cannot transact on the account but YOU can take her money every month. PLEASE CLOSE DOWN HER ACCOUNT COMPLETELY. Please do not ask for an letter of Executorship because there is NO estate. Just close down the account and stop debiting a deceased person for an INACTIVE account. PLEASE NOTE: I am not in South Africa so you cannot phone me but please message me privately for my email address so that you can DELETE my late mother's account.
