STANDARD BANK TAKES ADVANTAGE OF 86 YEAR OLD MAN ON LIFE SUPPORT

My 86 yr old father, is lying in ICU on life support, because ********s decided to beat him senseles during a house *******. I contacted STD bank to block his cards. They blocked his entire accounts, so i cant make payments or transact on his behalf, which i normally do for him. Despite his credit card having a pin number on it, they were able to purchase goods, without the pin. Shortly thereafter they send an SMS to his phone saying that his card payment is overdue, so i log into the call centre and ask for the entire amount that is outstanding, so that i can pay it from my own account, as i have his credit card number. So an idiont by the name of Lucky, gives me a long story. So i ask him if STD Bank is happy to take advantage and charge interest to a half dead man. Two sentences later he state that they are happy to charge interest, and when i queried that he denied it. I requested a manager, it is now two weeks later, NO CALL. STD bank well done on taking advantage of society's most vulnerable, when they are in a time of extreme need. without using the most extreme and vulgar superlatives,YOU ARE THE MOST USELESS BANK ON EARTH. NEVER EVER BANK WITH THESE IDIOTS!
