Standard Bank take control

I have a list of debit orders that i dont know of and they keep on changing reference numbers when i block them. Standard bank told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Im still shock that a bank this big cannot stop or control these people who are debiting our accounts. It drives me mad that i have to always login check my account for such!!!! Standard bank please get someone to contact me,this must be resolved!
