Standard Bank *****S my Credit record

I have recently app**** for a Mortgage Bond. A Trans Union Credit check was run which showed that I had a garage card and 5 Credit cards all with extremely high balances and repayments that where just to shocking to imagine! <br> To set the record straight I have one Credit card and no garage card. I reported this to my Prestige banker on the 16th Feb 2016 who advised me that my profile showed only my cheque account and 1 credit card. I was not to worry it would take14 working days to sort out. <br> This is still not sorted out 5 weeks later and many more than 14 working days!!!<br> I have worked my whole life to keep my credit record clean and incompetence on Std Bank's side take a second to ***** it up, To make it worse it appears Std Bank is not capable of an apology or of rectifying the records with all the Credit Bureau's. <br> My prestige Banker has endeavoured to help but I am afraid that somewhere somehow it seems that the Std Bank staff members are unable to correct the mistakes and clear the Credit records.<br> Can someone out there help?
