Standard Bank Tactical Acquisition team - Not tactical but sucks big time !!!!

We are in the process of accepting a Standard Bank home loan. We where contacted by Ndumiso Khanyile, Standard Bank Tactical Acquisition Team. He offered a preferential interest rate on our home loan if we switched our bank accounts from FNB to Standard Bank.

We sent 2 emails indicating we want to take him up on this offer. One week later and we are still waiting. To make things even worse is the fact that this person\department is not reachable via telephone.

The advertised *** number sounds like it’s forwarded to a mobile number as you get a mobile answering message when dealing it stating that the number is not currently available.

This is now causing a HUGE delay in our home loan being finalised and is extremely frustrating as this person and their department is not reachable

Hi Standard Bank,

Please note that my issue/escalation still hasn’t be resolved.

I’m still waiting patiently for anyone from your side to contact me regarding the take up of your offer. NO email, NO phone calls have been received to resolve this
