Standard Bank systems are useless

<p>First of all</p> <p>I had my credit card for about 3 months, used it three times and then i got a call to say there was ***** on my credit card,</p> <p>When i queried, their system showed no transactions and then i had to phone back 2 days later, i was then told that the card was cancelled and nobody let me know that there would automatically be a card that was ordered for me. Then i checked my internet banking and 5 more transactions were made on the supposedly cancelled card.</p> <p>I phoned to query those transactions and the system could once again not pick up the transcations meaning i could not make a case for that money that was spent by someone else. </p> <p>At the end of the month i got an sms to say that the outstanding balance of the credit card was paid and the money was automatically taken out of my cheque account. I then queried this and when the system automatically created my new credit card, it marked the payback terms as pay outstanding balance,</p> <p>I then had to move the money from my credit card back to my cheque card and that cost me money through bank charges. </p> <p>It has now been a month and a half and i have had no communication as to what is happening with my case, and the payments are being taken off my account for money that i should not owe.</p> <p>Today i recieved an sms to say my cheque card that i have been waiting for, for 4 months has been delievered to the incorrect branch. I once again queried this and i was told that it was sent to the correct branch. </p> <p>There is absolutely no communication from this bank and no staff member seems to know what is wrong with their system. I am totally dissatisfied with Standard Bank </p>
