Standard bank systems and service sucks

Standard bank is deducting money from me monthly for a personal loan that is closed. They have not responded to emails and when I call no one knows which area deals with personal loans. Some say transactional banking when I get there I get sent to home loans. Hours on the phone and I got nowhere so I came to the branch in Rosebank mall. Over 1 hour later and no one has assisted me. There is no one in the booths they’re all on a banking day??? Really. Can anyone in Standard bank assist me please.
