Standard bank summons you with without you receiving the Summons

Standard bank listed a judgement against me on my credit profiles, the Sheriff delivered the summons in Sept 2017 to the address we where evicted from in 2016 DEC the 13th, thus i never got the summons, meaning missed the court date , couldn't go an defend myself or seek legal advise prior the court date. This summons was not even made as a notice in the case they tried to reach me and couldn't thus they resorted to the Government gazette. Upon me taking this up with them Muhammed at Standard bank questioning the procedure he said the Sheriff delivered to the address they have on the system, the very same system that transferred our case to the lawyers, the very same system that showed an amount paid towards our debt(as the new owner than bought our house via auctioned)how can they not have updated the details, contacted the lawyers unto whom they have handed over our account? as they do have my details.

Secondly Megan Schullard customer service on the 17th of May 2018 i send her mails and called between this date until the 9th July no feedback from her nothing, only when i cc'd ombudsman and one of her co-workers she response with no acknowledgement of her part in the delay, no apologies no explanations, she says my case was handled and done in April by Muhammed. i responded to her teller that am not happy about her response and had she reverted back to me i would have seek legal advise, as this is a serious matter. I was retrenched at work in Fe 2018 i cant get permanent employment because of this judgement, Am currently temping

I don't know if Standardbank jails you by just doing things with no thorougher check-up and confirmations or do they want their money back.
