STANDARD BANK SUCKS!

I am currently under debt review, where all my debit orders were cancelled, I tried to do a restructure of my loan with Standard Bank however they said they are aware that I am on debt review and all my debit orders have been cancelled, to my surprise on the 10 September 2021 an amount of R723.13 was taken from my account for the Standard Bank credit card. wHEN I TRIED TO CALL IN THE CONSULTANTS ADVISED THAT THEY CANNOT TOUCH THE ACCOUNT DUE TO DEBT REVIEW WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OFF THIS AND DESPITE THAT YOU WENT AHEAD AND DEBITED ME.I have been banking you for many years and now I needed that funds for medication and this is what happens, please refund me asap, my contact details are ***, If this is not resolved I will lay a formal complaint to the NCR and the Banking Ombudsman.
