Standard bank sucks

I am banking with standard bank for over 20 years and I am now officially fedup with the way the treat me, today the 4 of November 2022 o walked into a clicks store and bought a cold drink for the car guard imagine my surprise and embarrassment when I had to walk out and apologies to the guard cos I was unable to process my payment cosy card had expired without any warning or notice. My money is Being held hostage by very on bank and now I have to sit in a branch and wait to see a customer consultant I have been sitting here for half an hour just to have a new card issued, really on this day and age I need to sit in a branch and wait for a customer consultant to issue me a debit card, I am sorry standard bank this is the straw that broke the camels back I am done I will be closing my accounts thankfully I owe you nothing so I can leave u happily, your treatment of customers is revolting, just remember u need customers to be able to sustain yourself within the economy.treat us better.
