Standard bank sucks bad ‘

The only reason I am giving a 1 star is because I can’t give zero ! Soooooo on April 3 2018 my insurance was deducted there was money in the account but I looks like it was sent back ! Now on the 2 May 2018 I was double deducted ! I cannot afford to be double deducted I earn a small salary all because of what reason when I call they keep sending me in circles ! DOES STANDARD BANK NOT KNOW PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY ON THE PHONE OR IN THE BANK ! is this matter not worthy because I do not earn that much money ? I am fuming NO 1 can tell me what went wrong but I must just sit with the conciquences ! That money was supposed to be used for things for my son ! Thank you standard bank for skrewing over the little guy ! Oh and I tried to cancel the policy but still no email ! You can’t even do that properly !
