Standard bank sucks

I drew money sometime ago, atm didn't have enough money, so it issued me a R20 stub along with the amount I withdrew. I figured it's an I.o.u. Today I went to the bank to collect my new card and thought I'd get my R20. I gave the lady at info the stub, she proceeded to ask me where and when this transaction took place and I had to verify in my transaction history which transaction I shorted. So I have to do admin for money that's my own atop the exorbitant account fees. It's decided. I'm moving to Old Mutual. The savings I have with them frequently surprises me with dividends earned. What has Standard Bank ever given its customers which makes its existence possible? Nothing. Infact they take much more than they give
