Standard Bank sucks.
Although I am supposedly a prestige client, it is virtually impossible to get assistance. My problem is a debit order from my account on Friday the 13th which I need to query. I made numerous calls to different numbers they provide. I eventually did speak to someone, but she could not help me. Her promise that I would be contacted was also fruitless. It seems that in a trying time like this, I will have to go to a branch to get assistance.
