Standard bank sucks

Just got a call from Std Bank Collections department for non payment. I was retrenched last year March and app**** to Std bank insurance for loss of income and to date they have not paid a cent towards my account yet every month I still pay insurance on my account. Where is the insurance money going to - nobody from Standard has even assisted me in this regard but they said they will keep adding interest on the outstanding balance. Standard bank you suck. People stay away from them.....
