Standard Bank sucks

Standard Bank is completely pathetic. The fact that we continue to do business with them means that we are the ones supporting them to do this.

I app**** for a Loan on line and after a week their was no update despite sending through all documents. I then went into a Springs Mall Branch and app**** through Leanora. A week after there was still no development. It’s now two weeks. I wonder how any business would like to shoot themselves in the foot like Standard Bank does. I am not surprised that they are loosing business because the business environment has no time for such banks
