Standard Bank sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day, i would like to lodge a grivience regarding Standard Bank & MBD Attoney's. They harrass us for payments but once you request a statement of the account that they cannot product. i have previously sent documents of when i was retrenched and Lucky promised me to get me a statement from Standard bank but more than 2 years that has not happned. there is so much crime happening all over how do you even trust" them to give them your banking details that they want to be issued on the phone not throught a form that can be signed and submtitted. i must commend Nedbank when i submitted all the documents my debts were written off and they were no longer charging interest because of a certain law called something like Duplin Law. Is standard bank a different bank to all the registered banks in South African that a debt does not come to an end and those ill-mannered agents that force people to give out banking details have a right to violate one even though you make an effort to pay. thats nonsense.
