Standard bank sucks

name is ndumiso Mtshali from port shepstone, KZN. My experience with standard bank port shepstone branch to be particular has been horrible and traumatic. In 2013 whilst I was still studying my ID book was ****** and the person used my identity **********ly to open an account. Once I had gotten a new ID book I visited the bank and submitted all the relevant documents, which included an affidavit, case number, verification of identity from home affairs. I meet with one of the consultant and filled some forms from the bank. I assured by him that my name will be cleared. But that was not the case instead of them investigating they placed me under ***** watch and blacklisted me. I have visited the branch on several occasions to find answers and every time they just push my case aside. Till to date six years later I cannot open any account with any bank or store because of this ***** watch I'm placed under... Any potential employer whenever they see this turn me away, I've tried to start up a business but I'm unable to due to the fact that I can't get funding or open a business account. I was a victim of a crime and ***** and now standard bank is punishing me for being a victim of this act crime and *****
