Standard Bank Sucks!

HI Peter, My partner was under debt review for his Standard Bank Home Loan. He resigned last year May from his company, and only got his pension money after 4months. so there was no money in the account to pay the debt review company so that they can pay Standard Bank. In September we contact Standard Bank because he wants to settle his home loan n one could assist us. We went into the branch in N1 City Cape Town they cant see any information on their system, one of the ladies put us on the phone to call the debt review from standard Bank, all they say is the file is not with them it could be with another department. With frustrations we left the branch. From September 2020 i've been emailing every department from standard bank for a settlement amount or a paid up latter up until today April 2021 no response, all he wants to do is pay the home loan. but it seems that they not interested in all cause at the end of the day, when eventually they will get back to him it will be all that interest, lawyers fees etc. I would really like this thing to get solved. I wont recommend Standard Bank ever again. Thanks
