Standard bank sucks!!!

Is there anyone that can help me??? I am so frustrated. Standard bank wants to take my vehicles because my husband lost his job for 5 months, but we are only in arrears for 3. My husband started working again in December 2017 and I am prepared to pay double payments but no one wants to help us at Standard bank. The first vehicle was supposed to be settled in May 2018 and the second in December 2018. Now they want the full outstanding amounts or the vehicles. We did not run away, we did not hide from them. As a matter of fact, I contacted them to make arrangements on the accounts. They don't care about their clients and have no humanity.
