Standard Bank sucks
Since day 1 I have always received bad service from Standard bank.
There's no way of communicating with anyone. The Table Bay mall branch always has an issue and closed when I go there.
We work 9 to 5 jobs. What do we do if we can never get to the bank? Yall need to brush up on your customer service and find ways to reach all your clients.
I am veing charged honoring fees twice a month!!!
And I get charged even if I withdraw money at a standard bank ATM.
There's a fee for everything.
Request callbacks, no one calls.
Email, no one responds.
I'm so over standard bank. I have never felt like I'm benefitting

1. NO!!! My issues has not been resolved. No one ever called. I have been placed on hold every chance whenever I would call
2. The fact that you only responding a month or what later with a generic email, says a lot.
I will be closing my account and move banks. Standard Bank is the pits

An entire month later....and only a response now. Well:
