Standard Bank stuffing customers around

Ok, so my branch is Cresta it’s closed notice says go to Northgate! Friday I go to Northgate at 13h25 to be told sorry we close at 13h00 I need to deposit R20,000 in coins, must pay staff etc. They shrugged their shoulders and told me to come back on Monday ie today. Went there at 11h45, ie an hour and 15 mins to closing there are over 75 people in a queue outside the bank. Inside the bank the tellers have no one to attend to but enquiries are busy but they won’t allow me into the tellers. I spoke to people in the queue who had been waiting for well over an hour!!! I won’t make it into the bank before closing TELL ME WHAT SERVICE IS THIS.
