Standard bank student loans hopeless

After numerous interactions with Standard bank on an active phone number, they keep calling an inactive number. Furthermore, after numerous attempts to receive the actual student loan contract from them, has been met with zero client service. In addition, the villain type treatment I have receive will visiting a branch to inquire why am I still paying student debts and the only excuse being I did not answer a phone call.

More than R110 000 taken in interest, still not sign of service and even after putting in a complaint and a call back request. Nothing has been receive. Apart from this, now I am being threatened with legal action because Standard bank can't update their information. Yes, I closed the account from which they deduct, but how should I have responded with no actual service or help from their side?

Furthermore, my FNB student loan has been paid off in 2017, same amount loaned.
