Standard Bank student loan without surety is not it

I had app**** for the student loan without surety almost two weeks ago and had submitted all the required documents. I received an email the following day asking for documents that I already submitted the day before, I then sent the documents anyway. I waited until the following Friday to send an email asking for feedback on the application and yet I have to received a response. I even sent an email this morning and the only response was the automated email response they usually send. I have even attempted to call Standard Bank on the Friday I sent the first email asking for feedback. The agents did not know about the service that was offered and I had to explain to them what the service of the student loan without surety offered and the requirements. They were not able to assist me as they told me that they do not deal with student loan without surety and it is only dealt online and through emails. I even attempted calling again yesterday out of desperation and the responses were the same. All I would like to know is if the application is in progress of approval or I was rejected so I can move on.
