Standard Bank Student Achiever Dormant Charges

Im very disappointed in Standard Bank South Africa for taking advantage of their customer. It shows that you dont care about your customers all you want is profit to your organization. I have dormant student achiever account with you guys but surprisingly is still getting monthly charges even now. Now my account is sitting on credit balance and they say i have to settle R2200 to close the account or make it active. Worst part is i never borrow money from standard bank. Or this is part of your lien strategy.
