Standard bank stole R17000 from me

Standard bank has taken R17000 from my account and given it back to someone who claimed they have been ****med with money that through my account.The investigator did not once contact me to ask what the case is about.Just now was the first time gearing from her to tell me that I am now the loser of R17000.I have never heard of anything like this.Of a bank just taking your money without notififying you or asking you to verify your side.Please assist me as I cannot afford to lose this money.i am a single mother who does small trades to make ends meet.This is a clear charge back **** and standard bank is not doing anything to help me.
