Standard bank stole our xmas joy

Few weeks a ago they debitrd R3600 from my savings account to pay for my cheque account arrears they state that they have every right to do it as it is their money. They did not notify me or even negotiate a payment plan nothing they just took the funds a week before my kids suffered for this as we didnt have any money for food or clothing or barely covered my rent. I called and they told me there is nothing i can do i must get over it. First this account was opened over the phone i didnt agree to them taking money from my account. Second they didnt bother to check if i could survive with what was left. Third there attitude and service was horrible.4th when the account was opened they promised to move the debit orders over to the cheque account which they didnt and then the nail me for bank charges that their negligence caused. ITS A SAD DAY WHEN THE BANK CAN JUST DO WHAT THEY PLEASE WITH NO CONSEQUENCE. our xmas was ruined, my 3 and 5 year olds had a bad day. And that is something i will never forget. STANDARD BANK YOU DISGUST ME, WITH YOU DICTATOR TYPE SERVICE I WILL NEVER BANK WITH YOU PIRATES AGAIN. SIES MAN!!!!
