Good day<br> The reason for writing this is because we are not getting any response on our query logged on December 23rd 2015,<br> On this date there were two transactions that we reported as **********;<br> 2015-12-23 TRANSFER TO *** MN*** R 1,129.10-<br> 2015-12-23 TRANSFER TO *** MN*** R 11,400.00-<br> <br> The request number provided is ***, the due date according to the SMS 05-01-2016 yet nothing was resolved.<br> Various calls to the call center, long waits in the queues, many different numbers to call but to no avail. Visits to the local branch in Wonderpark also does not help...<br>
