Standard Bank stole my money

Standard Bank sucks. People don't use that bank. They stole my R29000+. I've settled my loan with them and still they debited my bank account with the instalment. They are telling me they can't trace my settlement payment. I do have prove that I have paid that account coz I've used my loan acc nr as reference. People warned me against them (Standard Bank). *****ing from the poor. *****ing our hard earned money
