Standard bank stole my money

I took out a loan with Standard bank .I fell behind with my repayments,and got handed-over to their Attorneys,RL DALY.In June 2015 I contacted RL DALY for a settlement balance.I got a bit confused as the balance seemed higher than expected as I've been making payments.I then spoke to one of their consultants and requested we go through the payments I've made in the recent months,and there were 3 payments not allocated.She told me they were not received.She then gave me Nicoleen Parasuramen's email address to forward through the proof of those payments.On 03/07/15,I made a follow-up and the query hasn't been resolved,in fact,not actioned at all.I was then advised by RL DALY that the account number I was using was closed and Standard bank opened a new one)no one advised me of this by the way).My bank confirmed the payments were successfuly received by Standard bank.I logged an enquiry with Standard bank,ref no:*** on 18/08/15.I'm yet to receive feedbank.Now,I have received notification from MBDC Attorneys for the same account.I am unable to clear my name and I refuse to pay more than I actually owe.Nicolene Matthew from Collections Dept hasn't been helpful either.
