Standard Bank still owes me money for Credit Card account that I paid off

Standard Bank has not paid me back my own money that is due to me. It's been more than two weeks since I paid off the Credit Card account I had with them. They have even failed to send a letter that confirms the closure of my account. They went further to reduce the amount that is due to me by deducting an amount that can't be explained what is it for.
