Standard bank still not coming to light

I received a phone call from a lady at the Hatfield branch in Pretoria and after trying to work out the logic in how they do things, nothing has been rectified. Being a client since I was 10 years old, I might have to make a switch. Having my money in an account that does NOTHING but charge bank fees, just doesn't cut it anymore.
