Standard bank still didnt come back to me , bad service

Standard bank not looking after current customers don't understand why Standard bank is not looking after their current customers , we got a quote from Nedbank that they are willing to give us a rate of (Prime - 0.6) if we move our two property's over to Nedbank that's great! we then send the quote to Standard bank asking if they can please try to match Nedbank's quote because we have been with Standard bank for a very long time now and currently having 3 property's with them and my husband is a private banker with them and this is the reply I am getting from Standard bank "

The main reason is that the cost of credit, which is the legally binding contract between the customer and SBSA, has been signed and agreed to by the customer. The cost of credit highlights the rate the customer has accepted by signing the document.

if I can give advice rather choose another bank to finance your property's with, if you have options to chose from. it seems to me like its only Standard bank that does not accept negotiating better rates after few years of being good customers of Standard bank , they don't really care about you after they have you as a customer. you are just another customer!! I KNOW that a cost of credit is binding and I know I agreed upon the rate the day we signed 4/6 years ago , merely negotiating again for a better rate after a few years and then I get this type of emails stating that I agreed on the rate the day I signed , BAD SERVICE AND BAD COMMINICATION BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. don't tell me its not possible to sign and agree upon a new rate, impossible! looks like Standard bank has more then enough business they don't care if they loose customers to another bank.

this post I have done on the 10 th on Hellopeter up until today no call received from Standard bank.
