Standard Bank, *****s money & generally does not abide by NCA rules and regulations. WATCH OUT

I generally hate complaining about stuff, but it seems impossible these days to get proper treatment from big companies otherwise. This is a general notice to other consumers to steer clear from standard bank. I currently have an issue with them sitting with the ombudsman, where standard bank acted in full contravention of the National Credit Act, they do not abide by rules at all. And i just found out unfortunately only years down the line that they have embezzled about R 15 000 of my child support i received from my father. They have refused to launch an investigation into why or where the money has disappeared to. They are a bunch of ******* and ******. Please be aware of them.
