Standard Bank *****s clients money no consent at all!!!!!!!!!

I have a Cheque account with Standard that i have not used in a long time maybe even over 9 months. I also have a Savings account with them, what I don't like is that i was debited R2100 out of the blue only to find out that apparently i owe my Cheque account which i thought will be closed by now as I don't use it. If it was the case that i owe them then why was there no communication done with me or any notification forwarded to me regarding this....they just took my money with out my consent because i have another account with them(Savings). How am i supposed to pay rent now or pay my child's school fees. Is this how you treat your clients who have more than one account with you guys...The biggest insult is that they say they have a right as i hold an account with them thus they can go into when they want with no consent non what so ever. I'm planing on closing everything i have with Standard and also taking this to the Ombudsman if you guys think your going to get away with this. I'm struggling now to pay rent and school fees and I'm basically stranded. This will be on every social media platform i have to expose you Standard Bank for their ways of *****ing their clients money.
