Standard bank *****ing via Duplicate Debits
I'm extremely unhappy with Standard bank, I've just checked my account and saw that duplicate payments have been taken from my account which left me in a huge overdraft that I dont even have.
I have worked out each and every payment i made since 27.02.2021 and it definitely doesnt leave me in this negative balance. I monitor my bank account regularly and very closely, never had any problems with standard bank.
I know exactly what went out of my bank account, so I know for a fact that something went horribly wrong on my account.
Seems like I wasnt the only 1 affected by this, you are supposed to be a secure banking facility but instead you ***** money from the inside, how do you expect us to recommend your service when this is what you do to your loyal customers?

I've been passed from pillar to post and wasted R170 worth of airtime just trying to get a payment reversed.
Today I spoke to someone in the complaints team and asked to call me back if the call drops because I had used up R170 worth of airtime trying to call you but she still never called me back.
I've also sent emails to your customer complaints department but once again I have not had any response from you..
Customer service is appauling.
Please arrange for someone to call me back on *** regarding the reversal of a payment
